Presenter: Young, Kimberly, Edmonton, AB, Canada
Authors: Kimberly Young

Overview:

In the future donor programs will be well served by building on deeper connections with potential donors as a first step by being very clear on the messages or the brand that they represent to the public. Towards attracting and retaining donors understanding the donor journey by age group is key. Based on this understanding educational materials including digital and social content can be developed to support and customize ongoing engagement. Overall, education materials need to evolve and align with the digital expectations of donors and they reinforce the social mission of sharing what matters most!
